Eternal Perspective Counseling serves individuals, couples, families, teens, and children. We are located in Gilbert, Arizona. 

In-person, online, and phone options are offered.

Adults

Eternal Perspective Counseling's Adult counseling provides assistance with treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, attachment, relational issues, addiction, and life transitions. 

Our primary focus is to help clients address negative thoughts and beliefs that are impeding their ability to work through life's challenges.  We invite clients to explore their relationship with Christ and His plan. Our desire is to provide hope and support. We strive to assist clients to develop healthy coping skills. 

Teens

Eternal Perspective Counseling provides counseling services for teens and adolescents. Teenage years can be overwhelming. Teens are living in a world of constant change and are exposed to so many voices.  Teenagers experience chemical changes in their brain and physical changes that can impact thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviors. 

Teens will be provided a safe place to be heard and encouraged to explore their identity in Christ.

Children

Eternal Perspective Counseling provides child counseling services (ages 6+) including individual and parent-child. Working with children at a young age can help address behavioral and emotional concerns before they magnify into any risk behaviors. Many children suffer from anxiety and fear. 

Children need to learn skills to communicate their emotions. Sessions with children customarily incorporate different tools to help the child express themselves. 

Couples

Eternal Perspective Counseling provides couples counseling, marriage, and parent/child. We believe that communication is a key factor in relationships and misunderstanding can be a root of conflict and tension. 

We believe God provides a perfect guide for how to communicate through scripture. Relationships can improve when control is released and God is allowed to intervene.
