Adults
Adult counseling provides assistance with treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, attachment, relational issues, addiction, and life transitions.
Our primary focus is to help clients address negative thoughts and beliefs that are impeding their ability to work through life's challenges. We invite clients to explore their relationship with Christ and His plan. Our desire is to provide hope and support. We strive to assist clients to develop healthy coping skills.
Teen and Pre-Teen
Pre-teen and Teenage years can be overwhelming in a world of constant change and exposure to so many voices. There are chemical changes in their brains and physical changes that can impact thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviors.
Youth will be provided a safe place to be heard and encouraged to explore their identity in Christ.
Children
Eternal Perspective Counseling provides child counseling services (ages 10+) including individual and parent-child. Working with children at a young age can help address behavioral and emotional concerns before they magnify into any risk behaviors. Many children suffer from anxiety and fear.
Children need to learn skills to communicate their emotions. Sessions with customarily incorporate different tools to help the child express themselves.
Premarital and Couples
Premarital Counseling will provide an opportunity to explore expectations, identify potential struggles, and develop skills to navigate any challenges that arise.
Couples counseling is a safe place to examine relationships challenges and develop skills to overcome. We believe that communication is a key factor in relationships and misunderstanding can be a root of conflict and tension.
It is important to have a clear Godly vision of marriage.
